Our Goal: CO₂ Neutrality by 2030
We strive to be CO₂ neutral in our own production by 2030. This is an ambitious goal, but we stand by it and work to achieve it. We invest in technologies and processes that reduce our climate footprint and make us a more responsible company.

ISO 14001 Certification
Our ISO 14001 certification is a guarantee of the trust of our customers, partners and stakeholders. It shows that we take environmental responsibility seriously and have implemented effective environmental management systems. We adhere to strict standards and are committed to continuous improvement.

Mapping of emissions and energy consumption
We have analyzed our company's emissions and energy consumption. This gives us a clear understanding of our impact and helps us identify areas where we can improve. We closely monitor our processes and are always looking for opportunities to reduce our environmental footprint.We have therefore mapped all our Scope 1 and 2 activities and are working to map our Scope 3 activities. This means that we can work purposefully with continuous improvements.

Reduction measures

We have already implemented a number of measures to reduce our environmental impact:

• Optimisation of operating time and effect on the ventilation system
• Heat flow optimization: Balancing of all the heat loops at calorifers
• LED lighting: Replacing traditional light sources with LED bulbs has significantly reduced our energy consumption
• Process optimization: We continuously evaluate our production processes to minimize waste and resource consumption
• Installed timers on washing facilities
• Recycling of material scraps from production and returned materials
• Recycling of all material in shipment – cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, paper filling, etc.

In addition, we have a number of projects underway that will help ensure our development.

Responsible waste management
In connection with a screen graphic production, it is important to handle hazardous waste correctly. That is why we have a wastewater treatment plant installed so that everything that is dangerous is neutralized and can then be handled and disposed of responsibly. At the same time, waste from production is collected and sorted so that it is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.

Dialogue with Our Customers
We invite our customers to participate in the dialogue about environmental performance. We want to collaborate on solutions that reduce the overall environmental impact of our products and the value chain as a whole. We are open to discussing options and tailoring solutions to our customers' needs.

Focus on employee well-being
As part of the employees' well-being and development, we hold regular scheduled interviews with all employees to map development potential and carry out action plans so that the employee can develop and thrive in everyday life at Mekoprint Seritronic. In addition, we measure our well-being so that we can ensure a safe and pleasant working environment.
